Meet Benjamin

Benjamin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Portland State University in 1991. He went on to study at the Willamette University College of Law, where he earned his law degree, cum laude, in 1994. While at Willamette, he served as the associate editor of the Willamette Law Review and the Willamette Bulletin of International Law and Policy.

Benjamin is licensed to practice law in Oregon and is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the United States District Court of Oregon and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He has been practicing law for more than 30 years and is an experienced litigator. Benjamin began his legal career specializing in criminal defense, which gave him invaluable courtroom experience. Since then he has devoted his energies to representing people who have been seriously injured.

Benjamin was born in Cadiz, Spain, and moved to Oregon with his family when he was young. He speaks Spanish fluently. Benjamin has lived in Portland for over 40 years, where he enjoys biking, traveling and hiking.
